Master Data Analyst at BASF - Join Our Team!

Main Objective of the Position:

We are looking for a dedicated Master Data Analyst focused on the LATAM and/or NA regions. Your role will be to ensure the accurate creation and modification of customer and supplier data while meeting established SLA deadlines. You will provide essential support to stakeholders throughout the process and maintain a strong customer focus.

Main Tasks:

  • Validate and control the quality of master data for customers, suppliers, and bank data according to internal policies and procedures to prevent company fraud.
  • Execute mass change requests in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Support local, regional, and global projects by attending meetings, sending reports, and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and other departments to enhance the user experience.
  • Create presentations, generate reports, conduct testing, document processes, handle ad-hoc requests, and provide user training.
  • Act as a backup for other analysts when necessary.

Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements:

Education: Advanced student of International Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in master data maintenance, procurement, credits, or similar roles.

Languages: Intermediate proficiency in English and basic proficiency in Portuguese are required.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is highly valued.

Soft Skills: Teamwork, effective communication, customer focus, and attention to detail.
