Job Title: Master Data Analyst

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

  • Data Accuracy: Manage SAP master databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Data Cleansing and Consolidation: Eliminate inconsistent and redundant customer, vendor, or article data for accurate and consistent data descriptions.
  • Data Validation: Analyze the trustworthiness of enterprise data and gain continuous insights into data quality.
  • Master Data Maintenance: Manage and timely audit the growing data volumes effectively.
  • Master Data Governance: Govern master data from initial creation to delivery across solutions, ensuring a single version and consistent data.
  • Raw Material Registration: Create and maintain Raw Materials in the Flex PLM system.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Conduct testing for process and data changes.

Skills for Success

Years of related professional experience: 2 years

Educational Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are beneficial, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you to already know:

  • Solid ERP (preferably SAP) knowledge from a usage/data maintenance perspective. Other ERPs are also welcomed.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a large multi-national organization or commercial & retail organization with financial system support or enterprise data maintenance roles.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to details, and team player mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
