Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall Master Data operations, responsibilities, and data article business rules/system requirements.
  • Establish and maintain controls to ensure optimal delivery performance and governance.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to standardize or transform our operations.
  • Lead or contribute to projects addressing business needs or regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and validate automated reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor and align data consistency; define and follow up on action plans.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet objectives.
  • Build strong partnerships within Cartier Operations, Internal Manufactures, Group IT, Group Logistics, Group Product & Trade Compliance, and Data Office.
  • Lead your team towards development, creativity, performance, and efficiency.

How You Will Experience Success with Us

With 6-8 years of relevant operational experience, including exposure to supply chain and digital topics, you graduated from a Business or Engineering School. Your familiarity with MDM SAP, supply network operations, and the OTC process is essential.

Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform, SQL BI tools, and overall data architecture. Possessing strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthetic skills, you are proactive, curious, and familiar with agile methodology (Jira knowledge is a plus).

Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a complex matrix organization with both technical and non-technical teams will set you apart. Fluency in both French and English is required.
