Key Responsibilities

Operational Tasks

• Develop and maintain master data governance procedures, ensuring data quality and management.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of master data for seamless supply chain execution.
• Implement data quality checks and controls across all systems and applications.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics like data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Contribute to new data management technologies and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Continuously improve master data management processes to ensure they are scalable and effective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, supply chain, factories, marketing, finance, etc.) for up-to-date and accurate master data.

People Management

• Provide leadership and mentorship to data management professionals.

Your Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Supply Chain domain.
• Expertise in order-to-delivery processes within the supply chain.
• In-depth knowledge of Master Data architecture and its usage in different systems.
• Proficient in Excel and data manipulation.
• Detail-oriented specialist with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Solution-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to take ownership and drive toward commonly accepted solutions quickly.
