Role Summary

As a Medical Analytics Impact & Outcomes Data Analyst, you will develop, maintain, and monitor activity-specific KPIs to evaluate key Medical Affairs activities. Your work will measure impact and provide data-driven transparency on resource allocation, making significant contributions to our strategic goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support KPI and analysis definition.
  • Collaborate with Medical Impact and Outcomes team lead to ensure KPIs can be efficiently computed.
  • Plan and conduct analytics to develop and calculate metrics evaluating Medical Affairs activities.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify trends and insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop cascading performance metrics linking individual and Category/Affiliate performance to overall Medical goals.
  • Support system development to monitor metrics and proactively identify underperformance.
  • Source and pull data from various systems for accurate dashboard information.
  • Maintain tools and models according to best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs teams and broader stakeholders to ensure efficient data reporting and visualization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics and dashboard development/reporting.
  • Proven effectiveness in a cross-functional business environment.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing people and projects, directly and indirectly.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with leaders and stakeholders.
  • Capability to partner cross-culturally and regionally.
  • Effective talent management skills.
  • Proficient in English with effective communication skills adaptable for various settings including technical, regulatory, and promotional contexts.
  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical medicine business aspects.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. Additionally, this role is eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% and a share-based long-term incentive program. We offer comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions, paid leave, and health benefits.
