About the Role: Research Engineer, Product

Join us as a Research Engineer, Product, and play a pivotal role in deploying our sophisticated AI products across diverse customer environments to refine and enhance their business workflows. This position requires a proactive approach, involving deep integration into our clients' operations to both understand and innovate upon their business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of tailored solutions for client needs by immersing yourself in their specific workflows.
• Form and maintain trust-based relationships with customers by becoming a part of their teams to grasp unique business operations.
• Select and manage relevant data, collaborating with our engineering teams to maintain robust and scalable data pipelines.
• Work alongside our AI researchers to adapt, validate, and refine ML models based on real-world data and feedback.
• Implement ML solutions into production, enhance system integration, and continuously monitor performance and relevance. li>Develop and provide comprehensive tutorials and documentation, streamlining customer onboarding and enhancing user experience.

What We Look For:

• Proven experience in deploying large language models and an in-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and operational strategies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful ML projects and innovations in technology-driven enterprise settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of producing educational materials for complex technical systems or concepts.
• Demonstrated success in software deployment within enterprise environments, preferably with hands-on experience in client settings.
• A keen interest in, or experience with, LLM applications in production scenarios, and if possible, the utilization or generation of synthetic data.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying software within highly secure or regulated frameworks.
