Mental Health Parity Clinical Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity in the United States
Join our team at WTW as a Mental Health Parity Clinical Data Analyst and provide invaluable support to Health and Benefits Consultants and Clients across North America. This role involves collecting and analyzing data to inform strategic business decisions and generating client-facing analytical reports efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage NQTL operational data portion of parity assessment, including:
- Prepare NQTL carrier operational data requests for clients/carriers
- Coordinate with Project Manager on requests, timing, status, and follow-up
- Participate in internal and client kick-off meetings with the QTL/NQTL team
- Monitor carrier and vendor responsiveness to data requests
- Validate completeness of responses and proactively report issues to the Project Manager
- Review and map carrier responses to the appropriate sections of the NQTL document
- Draft gap analyses based on reviewed documents
- Collaborate with the health management senior reviewer and Project Manager for follow-ups
- Support overall completion of the NQTL operational data report component
- Schedule meetings and coordinate colleague efforts
- Participate in weekly or bi-weekly project status calls and MHPAEA office hours
- Maintain materials/documentation according to WTW work processes and peer review standards
This role allows for remote work anywhere in the United States.
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience with health and welfare plans
- US Registered Nurse or LCSW with active license preferred
- Experience in health analytics
- Understanding health plan utilization, case management, network management, credentialing, quality management, pharmacy prior-authorization processes, and health plan operations
- Basic knowledge of Mental Health Parity and Non-Qualitative Treatment Limits
- Organizational and detail-oriented
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of accountability and ownership
- Problem-solving skills and flexibility
- Strong analytical, creative, and integrative abilities
- Client service orientation with timely and effective communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Note that salaries may differ based on several factors such as location, competencies, education, professional certifications, experience, performance, and revenue generation potential.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
