Requirements
Checklist of desired experiences and skills
- Professional repertoire in Data Engineering;
- Having worked with Python and SQL;
- Experience with AWS data services;
- Mastery in Big data (Apache Spark, Notebooks or );
- Good knowledge with data platforms with streaming (here we use Kafka).
In your day to day we will empower you to:
- Develop improvements and keep the data pipeline running correctly;
- Design and implement new features in our data platform;
- Deal with application and database events (CDC);
- Design and develop the necessary infrastructure to store, process and access data;
- Configure databases, create data pipelines and implement cloud storage systems;
- Create ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) pipelines to extract data from different systems, transform it into a suitable format, and load it into the appropriate location for analysis and use;
- Ensure data quality and integrity - create and implement data cleaning and validation procedures, as well as resolve issues related to data quality;
- Tighten collaboration with other areas of the business to understand the organization's data requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
