Middle Data Analyst (Sendios)

is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming applications. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses. Our main markets are the USA, Europe, and Africa.

As the co-founding company, Genesis initially provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expert knowledge for development, and then supports the project until it becomes an independent business entity. Currently, there are 25 projects under development in our ecosystem in four main directions: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce, and R&D.

We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Data Analyst.

Your responsibilities will include:

• regular work with the full cycle of launching A/B tests:
  1) research ➝ 2) formulation of hypotheses ➝ 3) technical launch ➝ 4) analysis ➝ 5) decision-making ➝ 6) reporting on results and making recommendations;
• studying user behavioral patterns and making decisions based on this to build a strategy for email marketing;
• control and responsibility for improving key performance indicators for clients (payments, retention, LTV, churn, etc.);
• independent client management;
• ad hoc reports;
• active participation in brainstorming sessions and backlog planning meetings with the client's product team.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in a product team as an analyst;
• the ability to quickly analyze and make decisions based on it;
• strong critical thinking skills;
• advanced level of mathematical knowledge;
• expertise in SQL;
• experience with BI systems (Tableau would be an advantage);
• good communication skills, business negotiation skills, ability to present and argue your point of view;
• higher education in Applied Mathematics/System Analysis/Economics/Economic Cybernetics is preferred;
• experience with social discovery/gambling niches is preferred.
