About the Role: ML Engineer Intern, Customer Projects

As an ML Engineer Intern under the guidance of our Customer ML Engineering lead, you will:

• Engage in LLM application red-teaming: discover new vulnerabilities, add evaluation methods & tests, and produce audit reports & dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance on LLM application blue-teaming, focusing on vulnerability mitigation and best practices in architecture, prompting, and optimization.
• Communicate regularly with the R&D team to relay feedback, suggest improvements, and test new features.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to support the sales pipeline, offer technical expertise, and create demos & technical content.

Requirements

We're seeking an entrepreneurial go-getter with initial experience in ML Engineering or Data Science consulting. This role is open exclusively to students from French engineering schools who are looking for end-of-studies internships before their CDI, between now and December 2024.

About You

• Master's degree from a Top 5 engineering school; ideally with a dual degree from a business school.
• Previous internship experience in consulting roles focusing on AI/ML Engineering or Data Science projects for enterprise clients, preferably from international consulting firms or GAFAM.
• Experience in LLM app development using tools such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, Mistral, LlamaIndex, and Ollama.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify and convincingly share complex ideas. Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong project management and self-organization skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage uncertainties effectively.
• Fluency in both English and French, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Python, with open-source projects as proof of expertise.
• Bonus: Experience in web development (React, FastAPI) and DevOps (Docker, AWS).
