Role Overview:

As part of our growing AI Modeling team, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our AI-driven solutions by developing and optimizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) models. You will be at the forefront of leveraging large-scale datasets and deploying AI functionalities into actionable, real-world applications to address fundamental research questions creatively and effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and optimize NLP models or utilize leading off-the-shelf LLMs for quick iterations of our AI SaaS products.
• Build and maintain frameworks or infrastructure to fast-track NLP/ML innovations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the fields of natural language processing and machine learning.

What You’ll Need:

• Demonstrated expertise in software engineering.
• A minimum of three years of applied experience in NLP or ML, preferably within a software development environment.
• Proficiency with Generative AI technologies and familiar with popular LLMs like GPTx, Llama 2/3, and MPT.
• Experience with at least one major deep learning toolkit, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MxNet.
• An advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, or Machine Learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Peer-reviewed publications in NLP, Speech, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with training or fine-tuning large language models (7B+ parameters).
• Expertise in large-scale production model training and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure and platforms such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
