What You Will Do

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, Business Development, Product, Tech, and Program Management teams.
• Develop clear and effective data models, insights, reports, and dashboards tailored for stakeholder needs.
• Analyze operational data, track performance metrics, and identify trends to provide actionable business insights.

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the tech or fintech sector.
• Proven expertise in dashboard creation using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python and Pandas is a plus.
• Experience with data modeling, BI/ETL development, and cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.

Salary and Application

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position comes with the potential for a discretionary year-end bonus and includes eligibility for comprehensive health insurance and other benefits.
