About Our Digital Products

Patient Collect

An in-house tool designed to capture monthly patient counts for various categories, diseases, and products in over 50 countries. The collected data is crucial for forecasting and analytics across the organization.

Global Insights

A reporting and advanced analytics platform supporting Global Specialty Care business operations. It consolidates commercial data from different foundations and vendor sources for in-depth analysis and marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities

As a Data Engineer, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support our team.
• Create scalable data pipelines to process, transform, and store large volumes of data.
• Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and metadata for analytics and reporting.
• Establish technical designs to meet business and technical requirements.
• Work with DevOps teams to manage cloud data infrastructures like AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and IICS Cloud Platform.
• Optimize data ingestion workflows ensuring quality, reliability, and performance.
• Test and validate solutions to meet requirements.
• Create documentation for knowledge transfer, training, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

About You

• Experience with cross-functional teams solving complex data architecture and engineering problems.
• Quick learner of new data and software engineering technologies.
• Familiar with agile/scrum development processes.
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical intuition.

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
• Proficient in Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica IICS for data integration and ETL.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with scripting languages like SQL, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with job scheduling and orchestration tools (e.g., Control-M, Airflow).
• Familiarity with real-time data processing tools like Splunk/Kafka.
• Good knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and relational database technologies.
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
