Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret patient data to identify trends and patterns related to revenue cycles and population health
  • Work together with healthcare providers to devise strategies for maximizing revenue and improving patient outcomes
  • Use data analytics tools and software to create reports and dashboards for clients
  • Carry out regular audits to make sure of data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Detect areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service and support
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in patient data analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or medical billing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capability to work independently and remotely, as this is a work from home position
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
