Job Description: PCC Data Analyst - Maharashtra, Thane

Position Purpose: As a PCC Data Analyst, you will unleash the power of data to generate insights on operational patterns, trends, and performance metrics. Your work will enhance issue detection and support the high-quality execution of ongoing activities. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and optimization across the company's operational and stability frameworks.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Analyze stability and operational data to identify patterns and trends that guide proactive strategies and prevent potential system anomalies.
• Develop new indicators and analytical methods that contribute to quality, performance, and risk management.
• Support process enhancements and facilitate effective data quality practices across various departments.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives focusing on the Event Management process, reviewing operation performance and implementing improvement strategies.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools to interpret complex data sets, aiding in predictive diagnosis and trend analysis.
• Prepare detailed analysis reports for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Business, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT or business-related roles, including internships.
• Proficient in ITSM platforms like HP Service Manager, ServiceNow, or Remedy and familiar with ITIL best practices.
• Effective communication skills and a solid understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience in roles such as Data Manager, Data Reviewer, or Statistical Analyst, with a comprehensive grasp of KPIs and data visualization techniques.
