The HR Business Insights (HRBI) team is currently looking for a People Data Analyst with strategic vision, customer focus, exceptional consulting capabilities, and outstanding analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design analytical approaches and deliver research findings using data, visualizations, and effective storytelling techniques.
  • Translate findings into succinct, actionable business insights.
  • Apply various tools and analytical techniques to address high-impact people-related business questions.
  • Solve ambiguous business problems by formulating and facilitating solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Exhibit excellence in execution by effectively communicating with customers, partners, and co-workers.
  • Embody our culture and values in all professional interactions.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or a related field AND 2+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
  • OR Master's Degree in a related field OR equivalent experience.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 3+ years’ experience OR Master's Degree in a related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or financial analysis OR equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. For specific locations like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
