Job Overview

As a Performance & Reporting Data Manager, you will be instrumental in driving consistency and adherence to client protocols across various regional teams. By collaborating with counterparts and stakeholders, you will ensure all operations align with client agreements and meet internal standards within a stringent regulatory environment. Your responsibilities will extend to developing effective relationships aimed at understanding and fulfilling infrastructure needs while promoting best practices in governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align and define KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics in coordination with client and internal teams.
  • Manage the regional business insights and reporting functions, including risk assessments and mitigation planning.
  • Ensure precise data collection and analyze metrics to gauge compliance with targets.
  • Communicate compliance and governance matters efficiently within set timelines.
  • Identify areas for improvement and facilitate remedial plans to enhance service delivery.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the marketing technology or IT sphere, with at least 3 years in a role involving Microsoft PowerBI and Veeva Commercial Cloud suite projects.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $73,500 to $123,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, disability insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
