Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Performance Data Analyst for a 6-month contract. You'll play a crucial role in managing and delivering precise data for LGIM’s Performance System. This position is perfect for those who are adept at handling complex datasets and are driven to improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficient processing and management of data for both internal and external funds using B-One and other tools.
• Addressing and resolving data queries and issues promptly.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed within established timelines while adhering to strict procedures and controls.
• Developing and refining control procedures and supporting documentation to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborating on new projects to boost efficiency and productivity within the team.
• Maintaining up-to-date compliance with FSA guidelines and remaining informed about market developments.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of data management and processing with hands-on experience in using advanced data systems like Python, VBA, and Excel. A solid grasp of the financial data landscape, including performance and attribution systems (e.g., B-one, Aladdin, Bloomberg PORT), is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in financial data, asset classes, and data technologies.
• Excellent client service skills and ability to interact with various seniority levels.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Interest or pursuit of Investment Related Qualification (IAQ/IMC/CIPM) is beneficial.
