Job Description

We are seeking an Organizational Psychology PhD/Post-Doc intern (50%) to support our research in collecting, analyzing, and publishing insights on best practices for people development and team effectiveness. Our focus areas include:

  • Leadership & team effectiveness models
  • Measurement of leadership potential
  • AI applied to Learning & Development

You will work closely with the head of research to achieve our research roadmap goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • Expertise in running complex data analysis, including multi-level regression, MANCOVA, and CFA
  • Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis
  • Exceptional academic writing skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and achieve goals in a fully remote team
  • Commitment to deadlines
  • Passion for people development and belief in research to improve workplace dynamics
  • Comfortable voicing ideas and challenging the status quo
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Practical and realistic approach—balancing between quality and completion
  • Proficient in English
