NVIDIA's Hardware Infrastructure team is on the lookout for a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead key programs and initiatives that empower our world-leading AI and hardware specialists to pioneer future technologies in computing.

What You'll Do:

As a Platform Program Manager, you will:

• Oversee the creation of infrastructure that supports NVIDIA's innovative computing advancements.
• Collaborate with senior management and various partners across the company to plan and execute future programs with precision and efficiency.
• Lead engineering programs utilizing industry-leading processes to support a dynamic and rapidly expanding roadmap.
• Implement and refine agile methodologies and tools across teams, enhancing our program management functions.
• Establish and regulate metrics that gauge program effectiveness, drive data-driven decisions, and track planning initiatives.
• Moderate technical engagements and act as a liaison between developers and clients, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify and execute continuous process enhancements, fostering a culture of improvement within the team.

What We Need to See:

Your qualifications should include:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience combined with 15+ years of program management experience, particularly in managing global projects across various time zones.
• A proven track record in business development, technical project management, and engaging with engineering partners and vendors.
• Exceptional skills in communication and presentation tailored for diverse audiences.
• A thorough understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, project planning, and task tracking tools.
• Experience in AI training environments, resource capacity planning, and implementing improvements in software engineering or release management within high-paced contexts.

To truly shine in this role, you might also have:

• A background in computer science, machine learning, deep learning, open-source software, infrastructure technologies, or GPU technology.
• Experience with infrastructure software, application software development, and modern software development and release practices.
• Experience managing customer workflows using large-scale distributed computing or direct interaction with AI researchers or AI model training.
• A consistent history of driving process improvements and a passion for leading complex projects from conception to completion.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $188,000 to $356,500 USD, depending on your experience and location. You will also be eligible for equity and comprehensive benefits to ensure you and your loved ones are well-taken care of.
