We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer, Customer Success to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on helping our customers — ranging from academia to big tech — tackle some of the most complex real-world problems using our robust machine learning tools.

Role Overview

As a Machine Learning Engineer in our customer success team, you'll engage with advanced ML teams globally, enhancing their ML operations using the Weights & Biases platform. Your focus will be on onboarding new clients and ensuring they harness the full potential of our tools to meet their machine learning project needs effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Machine Learning Pipeline Mastery: Implement efficient, robust, and reproducible machine learning pipelines using Weights & Biases tools, assuring smooth customer onboarding and adoption.

2. Trusted Customer Advisor: Identify client goals and communicate product best practices to maximize post-sales success and integration.

3. Product Training and Workshops: Conduct sessions that showcase the versatility and effectiveness of our solutions to facilitate client success.

4. Customer Liaison: Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, providing essential feedback to steer product enhancements and roadmaps.

Requirements

Professional Experience: 3-5 years in roles involving machine learning, customer interaction, and technical consultation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch Lightning, and experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Communication Skills: Excellent ability to present ideas and communicate with stakeholders across various levels.

Additional Qualifications (Strong Plus)

Experience with additional tools like HuggingFace, Fastai, Docker, and Kubernetes; familiarity with MLOps, data engineering, or educational roles in machine learning contexts.
