About the Role

As an early member of Hugging Face's Success team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping leading companies successfully leverage AI. From advising data science teams on best practices for model building to writing Jupyter notebooks showcasing new techniques, your technical skills and passion for helping others are crucial. Your efforts will enable our sophisticated clients to unlock the full potential of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Empathize with our customers to understand their goals and challenges using NLP and Vision transformers.
  • Exhibit resourcefulness and enthusiasm in solving customer problems, whether through research, coding, or consulting with our in-house experts.
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with customers to fully understand their objectives.
  • Explain complex concepts with ease to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Continuously learn and share your expertise with our customers.

Requirements

  • Experience developing NLP/Vision solutions and a solid understanding of the ML lifecycle and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with the transformers library and a commitment to quickly becoming an expert.
  • Self-motivated, independent problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to write compelling reasons for wanting to join Hugging Face.
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills with a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical problems to non-technical audiences.
  • Confidence in writing code scripts and notebooks for transformers/ML Ops use cases.
  • Quick learner who stays abreast of the latest AI/ML developments and shares insights with customers.
