Role Overview

As an early member of Hugging Face's Success team, you will assist leading companies in maximizing their AI implementations. Whether advising data science teams on best practices, writing Jupyter notebooks to demonstrate new techniques, tailoring models to specific domains, or composing technical blog posts, your expertise will unlock the full potential of AI for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Empathize with customers to identify their issues and objectives using NLP and Vision transformers.
• Proactively solve customer problems through research, coding solutions, or utilizing in-house expertise.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their goals.
• Explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences with ease.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge with customers.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in building NLP/Vision solutions with a thorough understanding of the ML lifecycle and cloud infrastructure basics.
• Proficiency with the Transformers library and readiness to become an expert swiftly.
• A self-starter mentality, tackling challenges independently and being resourceful.
• Attention to detail demonstrated by a meaningful application statement reflecting our values.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships, providing value beyond coding solutions.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for audiences ranging from C-level executives to domain experts.
• Competence in writing code scripts and notebooks for ML Ops use cases.
• Quick learning capability to keep pace with rapid advancements in the AI/ML field and Hugging Face's offerings.
