Your Role

Whether a mandatory or voluntary internship, as an intern, you will enjoy an attractive salary and support the team in these crucial tasks:

  • Support Data Science and Development in ongoing projects, such as product quality assurance, data visualization for various research projects, and data analyses in the mobility sector for different cities/countries.
  • Take on independent project components, like developing new data products or expanding existing ones for mobility, retail, marketing, etc.
  • Collaborate with an international team of top experts, successful entrepreneurs, experienced consultants, and technically proficient data scientists in agile project teams and squads.
  • Work with state-of-the-art software tools and technologies, including Design Thinking in Miro, Python, Tibco, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins & Git, Jira, Confluence).

Your Profile

Ideal candidates are students focusing on Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields, or are taking a gap year, with the following skills:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and German.
  • A clear goal-oriented approach, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high degree of teamwork capability.
  • Eager to learn about working in an agile startup team environment within a large corporation.
  • Looking to jumpstart your career in Data Science and Development.
  • Possibly some experience with the data economy, data products, digital technologies, and data-driven business models.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Python, SQL, R, Data Cleaning Methods & Data Warehousing.

This position is available for part-time engagement.
