Job Description

As a participant in our PreMaster Program, you will support us in the analysis of data within Siemens Teamcenter, including using Teamcenter Analytics. Moreover, you will be involved in database analysis from data extraction and data analysis to data mining. It goes without saying that you will also derive KPIs for the usage and reuse of modules within a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system. Through data analysis, you will deeply and scientifically engage with Teamcenter PLM and derive optimization for its use.

Qualifications

Education: Above-average completed university degree (Bachelor) in Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or similar, with a specific intention to pursue a Master's degree subsequently.

Experience and Skills: Knowledge of modern CAD tools (e.g., Inventor or NX), initial experience with PLM systems (preferably Teamcenter), and skills in Data Science / Data Analytics / Business Intelligence are desirable.

Personality and Working Style: Responsible, communicative, and structured with careful work practices.

Languages: Very good command of German and/or English.

Additional Information

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program designed for committed bachelor graduates aiming to pursue a master's degree. Following the bachelor's degree, the first phase offers a gap year for up to 12 months to gain practical experience and understand the professional and business context. The second phase includes the master's program, with additional events and seminars and support through personal mentoring to ensure successful completion.
