This role is pivotal in deploying informed strategic vision, innovative methodologies, and cutting-edge Machine Learning architecture and engineering practices, either utilizing our specialized ML platforms or other leading commercial technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be instrumental in:

• Engaging with key stakeholders to refine project requirements, frame business issues as Machine Learning challenges, and define the metrics for success.
• Designing the necessary data engineering frameworks to enable data preparation and feature engineering.
• Working alongside data scientists and ML engineers to choose, evaluate and implement the most effective ML models and algorithms.
• Creating comprehensive AI/ML solutions that adhere to our company's strict standards and governance frameworks.
• Providing leadership and technical expertise through the full ML lifecycle, in collaboration with multiple organizational partners.
• Initiating and leading various proofs-of-concept, product evaluations, and customized solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or have equivalent work experience.
• An advanced understanding of architecture, design, and software development with significant experience in public cloud platforms like AWS, with Azure knowledge considered a plus.
• Expertise in deep learning neural networks and large language models, coupled with practical skills in data engineering, model orchestration, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Big Data technologies, data lake architectures, and ML engineering processes.
• An ability to keep up-to-date with technological advances and industry trends within the AI/ML landscape.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across product management, security, and risk management.
• A commitment to agile practices to continuously enhance the quality and pace of our deliverables.
