As a Principal Data Analyst at Discover, you will be responsible for extracting, managing, and analyzing data to communicate business insights to relevant stakeholders. You will set up processes and systems to enhance efficiency in data handling within the company. Your role involves managing risk and customer-impacting issues day-to-day, escalating them to management when necessary.
In this high-visibility role, you'll directly contribute to our business unit's profitable growth by supporting Sales, Marketing, and Financial Planning teams with data-driven insights. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Sales leadership, marketing technology professionals, Salesforce Administrators, and financial analysts, to facilitate informed decision-making.

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00, with additional incentives as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the final pay.
