The Opportunity

Join our Adobe.com DX team as the Principal of DX Web Analytics & Insights. You will play a pivotal role in redefining the B2B digital journey by creating high-value engagements, optimizing sales progression, and driving growth. Your mission will involve collecting and analyzing vast data to build customer segments, personalized journeys, and actionable insights that impact every step of the buying cycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders by implementing advanced analyses and creating data science models.
  • Synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Develop scalable solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and establish robust working relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • B.S. / M.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a data scientist with both structured and unstructured data.
  • Proficiency in statistical techniques and machine learning methods.
  • 5+ years of experience as an engineer building ML-powered services or products.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Tag Manager.
  • Experience with audience-based marketing and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is a plus.
  • Strong written and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in hypothesis testing and A/B test analytics.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. markets. The annual salary range for this position is $115,100 - $245,300, varying by location and additional job-related experience and skills. Your recruiter will provide more details about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives may include sales commission plans. Non-sales roles have starting salaries based on base salary and short-term incentives described in the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may also offer long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
