Key Responsibilities:

The principal lead will head our team of digital analytics professionals, playing a crucial role in shaping our digital strategies. This position involves:

• Leading and collaborating with marketing and technology teams to develop a digital analytics framework for our clients.
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs, thus gauging customer experience improvements.
• Managing monthly global website performance reporting and delivering strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Responding to ad hoc insights requests from senior leadership.
• Steering digital campaign strategies from planning through to refinement.
• Analyzing varied data sets to identify opportunities and recommend optimizations.
• Developing statistical models to support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Creating analytics tagging specifications and implementing effective dashboards using Tableau or similar software.

Required Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Expertise in digital analytics solutions including Adobe Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge in tag management solutions like Adobe Tag Manager.
• Proficiency in personalization tools such as Adobe Target and at least one customer experience monitoring tool like Tealeaf or Glassbox.
• Strong capability in developing statistical models and advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Excellent critical thinking, writing, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience in writing and developing analytics tagging requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within team environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional experiences that will set you apart include:

• Proficiency with Adobe Customer Journey, Google Analytics, and dashboard designing in Tableau.
• Experience in managing programming languages such as Java or Python.
• A track record of building and leading project teams.
• A keen interest in continuously enhancing the digital experience.
