This pivotal role bridges our Chief Data & Analytics Office and Marketing & Sales teams, promoting efficiency and standardization whilst pushing the envelope on high-value tasks.

Opportunity to Influence and Grow

As a Principal Marketing Data Analyst at Vanguard, you will have regular interactions with senior leadership across Marketing and Sales, along with CDAO. Your expert communication skills and adept stakeholder management will be key to driving Vanguard's marketing analytics strategies forward.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal marketing partners to articulate and achieve strategic goals.
• Guide data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency across analytics platforms.
• Lead in the discovery of insightful trends through advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Deliver compelling visualizations and presentations that offer actionable business solutions.
• Champion and mentor within Vanguard’s analytics community, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
• Undertake and execute predictive and prescriptive analytics to champion data-driven decision-making in marketing and sales.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with an undergraduate degree in Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A graduate degree is preferred. Proficiency in programming and experience with statistical and machine learning methods are essential for this in-depth analytics role.
