This role is pivotal in building and leading a cross-functional team geared towards redefining healthcare through technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

The appointed Principal Product Manager will be instrumental in:

• Guiding the Generative AI Program's Request for Application (RFA) Process and its participants.
• Accelerating key initiatives through dynamic tiger-team efforts.
• Expanding organizational knowledge of LLM technology via development of best practices, knowledge assets, and technical proofs of concept.
• Delivering impactful consultations and presentations across Mayo Clinic, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Driving product vision, strategy, and execution while ensuring alignment with broader business goals and user experience standards.
• Leading a high-performing cross-functional team, nurturing expertise in design, engineering, marketing, and more.
• Effectively managing product and operational risks, schedules, scopes, and budgets.
• Building strong partnerships and managing vendor relationships.

Position Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, or a related field, plus over 7 years of product management experience. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing complex products or multiple product families.
• This is a 100% remote role, available to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. (Please note: Mayo Clinic is unable to sponsor or transfer visas for this position).
• Occasional travel might be required (approximately twice per quarter).
