Responsibilities

• Develop libraries to enable developers to build, run, and maintain models on SN Hardware, using or extending existing open-source frameworks.
• Deliver advanced LLM, Speech, and multimodal technologies to production, collaborating with product, compiler, platform, and ML Research teams.
• Create and sustain well-understood training and inference LLM methods for productization.
• Develop application code to run evaluations on various benchmarks.
• Enhance developer productivity through process improvements and automation.
• Build and maintain data processing utilities for LLM training.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Intelligence, Engineering Science, or Math.
• 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and software development in Python and C/C++.
• Strong understanding of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with machine learning, compilers, parallel programming, high-performance systems, processor, and computer architecture.
• A well-developed GitHub repository is a plus.

Annual Salary Range and Level

The base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $210,000 per year. This range depends on role, level, and location and reflects the salary target for new hires in the US. Individual pay will be determined based on several factors, including a candidate’s job-related qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
