Role: Private Bank - Client Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics
As a member of our Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics team, you will focus on defining, refining, and delivering targeted goals for JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities utilizing advanced analytics and harness the power of AI/ML to solve intricate business challenges.
- Integrate analytics processes in decision-making, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, to derive improved business outcomes.
- Develop analytical frameworks for marketing measurement, such as A/B testing, campaign ROI, cost of acquisition modeling, and lifetime value assessments.
- Engage in deep data exploration and data mining to comprehend client behavior, segmentation, market opportunities, recommendation engines, and predictive call-to-action solutions.
- Contribute to and enhance data models and feature stores, leveraging machine learning models to target opportunities and streamline processes.
- Create tools and solutions to measure model performance over time and foster a data-driven, innovative culture.
- Act as a proxy product owner and consultant, offering optimal data solutions for various business challenges and goals.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- MBA or an advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or other quantitative fields preferred.
- Experience in an analytics role, ideally within financial services or marketing.
- Proficiency in computer languages (Python, Pyspark, Google Analytics, etc.) for manipulating and analyzing large datasets; storytelling skills using Tableau, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong SQL knowledge for data collation from diverse sources.
- Experience using machine learning libraries in Python (Numpy, Pandas, Sci-kit learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Familiarity with a variety of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
