Job Overview

As a Process Engineering & Management Data Analyst, you'll be stationed at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. You will play a crucial role in performing process engineering and data analytics, developing requirements, and drafting procedures to effectively manage data for business end users. Your expertise in tools like PowerBI, SQL, and Tableau will be essential for developing dashboards, data models, and data visualizations, catering to both operational and strategic business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data governance, BAU change management, and sourcing functions.
• Develop advanced analytical frameworks and reporting mechanisms for business and senior management.
• Lead UAT testing and handle documentation for new processes and technologies.
• Coordinate training and communication for new technology deployments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management/Analytics, Information Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering and data analytics within the financial services or banking industry.
• Strong proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and Tableau.
