What Will Make You Successful

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A 3-year degree, recognized buyer certification, or a university degree.
• For a 3-year degree: 3-5 years of procurement or related experience with customer interaction and exposure.
• For a university degree: At least 2 years of experience in procurement or a related area.
• Exceptional analytical, system, and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities and resourcefulness.
• Affinity with compliance and risk management (a plus).
• Prior procurement and vendor management experience (a plus).
