This role involves direct communication with the client's product managers and executives, primarily placed in San Francisco, Bay area. We are hunting for a candidate who loves resolving issues, is at ease with the internet/app business model, and can contemplate product/feature/UX experience and suggest optimised data-driven solutions. The analyst will be connected closely with our CEO, Piyanka Jain, an esteemed thought leader in data analytics. He/she will be trained on BADIR, our proprietary framework, which Fortune 100 companies are employing for the quick launch of data analytics and data science projects. Requirements: Work directly with the client's product, operations, and analytics teams to address issues concerning the product, user experience, and features. Use data to understand the business and product usage, and develop insights relevant to the product and business strategy. Collaborate with executives, product managers, engineers, marketers, and designers to convert data insights into smarter choices and applications. Establish and oversee KPIs that evaluate the health of the business, product performance, and customer experience quality. Construct dashboards and reporting methods to observe business and product trends. Design frameworks, tools, and best practices to apply data insights to business queries. Carry out analyses and construct models that spot opportunities and encourage growth. Design and examine experiments, convey results, and drive decisions. Required Qualifications: Confidence and strong problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to expand the business. Robust Decision Science abilities, and able to contribute input on the business and assist leadership in decision-making. Minimum 3 years of experience as an analyst. Minimum 3 years of experience writing organized and efficient SQL queries to address tangible business issues. A degree in a quantitative field like statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, engineering, finance, or business intelligence.
