About the Role: Product Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a Product Analytics Engineer to join our Product Insights team. This team is crucial in designing, building, maintaining, and leveraging analytics data systems in and around the award-winning CrowdStrike Falcon Console. As a Product Analytics Engineer, you will help create data systems that provide actionable insights into user interactions with our products and services. You'll be part of a data platform and experience team dedicated to continually developing features that protect our customers from sophisticated cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Analytics Engineer, you will:

  • Define, build, and enhance our integrated, enterprise-wide data architecture and analytics solutions.
  • Deliver a transparent and actionable data analytics architecture to drive business strategies, user experience, and product initiatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide data analytics services that solve critical business problems and gain strategic insights.
  • Employ advanced data analysis techniques to handle large volumes of data and perform complex computations in a scalable and automated manner.
  • Develop a common data framework to make data accessible to analysts and data scientists across the company.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and techniques, elevating the technical IQ of the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytic solutions.

What You Need

We're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, JavaScript, R, and tools such as SQL, Spark, Snowflake, Tableau, and more.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and BI tools.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and understanding of engineering best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative programming environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
