Job Description:

As a Product-Data Analyst, you will:

  • Act as a crucial link between the Engineering, Technology, and Procurement teams, focusing on the enhancement and accuracy of product data across diverse systems and processes.
  • Lead the creation of parts in the Genesis project and manage corporate part numbering systems.
  • Handle data migrations from legacy systems and implement governance processes for ongoing data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support business needs, analyze data trends, and ensure the accuracy and governance of item master data.
  • Innovate and refine data processes and standards to elevate our operation's efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and report on business-critical data as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A BS/BA in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or substantial experience in customer service, field service, or manufacturing within the window industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with modeling techniques, with the ability to deliver solutions independently.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to forge effective partnerships across organizational levels.
  • Experience in using ERP software such as JDE, Oracle, or OneStream and database tools like Access and SQL. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite is also essential.
  • Desirable skills include proficiency in Excel macros and SQL.
