As a Product Data Analyst, your responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, and working closely with product and engineering teams, as well as leadership to help them understand the data. Your role is to ensure a robust analytical journey from start to end. We will depend on your expertise to enhance our analytical capabilities to facilitate shorter cycles of testing and implementation. You will work hands-on with the feature teams to enhance products and processes making them more scalable.
Our analytics stack is vast, including PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Tableau, Google Data Studio, but we are always open to changes and new ideas.
Your duties will include:
- Identifying and building data sources, extracting and transforming data, creating visualizations and generating actionable insights
- Defining and refining overall KPIs and metrics
- Proactively identifying areas of improvement by exploring data and suggesting product experiments
- Providing insights in a consumer-friendly way and fostering a culture of self-service analytics in the team, measuring what matters and acting upon the data.
Ideal candidates possess an analytical mindset and enjoy having autonomy in structuring their work and formulating hypotheses. They need to have at least 3 years of work experience in BI or product, strong SQL skills, experience with A/B testing, event tracking platforms, and data visualization tools such as Tableau. Knowledge of Snowflake is advantageous. Lastly, fluency in English is a must as you'll be part of a truly global company.
