About the Role

As a Product Data Analyst at Motorway, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and teams to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making. Your expertise will drive innovations in product offerings and enhance customer experiences by implementing advanced data analysis technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights to Product teams, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and transformations within our Google BigQuery data warehouse using SQL and dbt.
• Develop comprehensive data visualizations and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
• Innovate and design features to automate processes and improve customer interaction.
• Utilize Python and R for statistical testing and trend analysis to ensure robust and reliable results.
• Collaborate with analytics engineers to integrate new data sources into our analytics framework.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a commercial setting.
• Advanced skills in SQL and familiarity with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Experience in stakeholder management within an Agile environment.
• Capability in designing and implementing impactful BI dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge to validate experimental results.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
