Job Overview

The TE AD&M business unit is seeking a Product Data Manager to enhance and oversee SAP Master Data within Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Plant SAP data. This role will develop the Current State SAP Data Map, propose essential solutions, and document the Future State and Standard Work processes. The primary responsibility is to manage all Manufacturing SAP data efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Create Current State Maps for each plant, outlining critical data entry and responsible parties.
  • Develop a Future State Map to identify best practices for entry and maintenance methods.
  • Define Resource Plans necessary for executing and maintaining Future State solutions.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Plant Engineering functions to ensure timely and accurate data.
  • Champion process & procedure changes through Lean activities to enhance data integrity, business process throughput, and data error proofing.
  • Mentor a team of Engineers in all mentioned activities.
  • Assist in ensuring ERP system data accuracy, including routers, Bills of Material, and item master data, to enable flawless production execution.
  • Work with other plant disciplines to maintain accurate specifications and documentation supporting new product introductions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-year degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
  • 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting SAP systems.
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Extensive experience with SAP system setup and usage.
  • This position requires access to information subject to stringent controls under ITAR or EAR. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, nationals, or lawful permanent residents.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $113,120 - $169,680 (subject to change based on location)
• TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust salary ranges based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications as well as market conditions.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
