The Opportunity:

We are on the hunt for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the management of both existing and new security features on our cutting-edge platform. This role is critical, with responsibilities spanning the development of products and features specifically designed for highly regulated sectors, including Federal Government operations and other strict regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steer the development and successful delivery of Pryon's security roadmap, focusing on compliance with Federal and regulated industry standards.
• Guarantee the timely delivery of product features, enhancements, and improvements.
• Engage in technical discussions with Engineering and R&D to evaluate technical design decisions and their implications on project scope and timelines.
• Define and refine use cases, establish requirements, set acceptance criteria, and manage the prioritization of feature enhancements.
• Maintain full knowledge of the development process and occasionally guide engineers and scientists within your focus area.
• Communicate with customers and industry leaders to gather deep insights into product requirements and best practices for resolving enterprise-level challenges.
• Author detailed product specifications, create activity flow diagrams, and outline integration needs.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and daily stand-ups.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• Advanced degree (M.S. or M.B.A) preferred, with significant exposure to AI, ML, NLP, or data science-driven applications.
• Experience in an Agile development environment and proficiency in managing Agile ceremonies.
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP are advantageous.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, ML Ops, SaaS, big data, security, or DevOps.
• Capability to write clear, logical, and comprehensive product requirements and specifications.
• Proven track record in developing and executing strategic product visions and roadmaps.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with proven ability to achieve goals in a dynamic startup environment.
• Technological proficiency, especially in software architecture and SaaS models.
