What You'll Do:

As a pivotal member of our RTP Risk Analytics product team, you will:

• Lead the creation and execution of state-of-the-art AI products from inception to market delivery.
• Collaborate with Visa Research and global teams to integrate novel AI methodologies, enhancing our products.
• Manage and deliver pilot projects, establishing robust client relationships and propelling market activation.
• Champion the commercialization of our products, presenting compelling pitches and engaging demonstrations to prospective clients worldwide.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 6 years' experience, with a Bachelor's degree or higher, focused on Product Management or Consulting within Financial Services.
• Deep knowledge in Financial Crime or Payments fields.
• A strong track record in agile, fast-paced environments, pushing products that employ complex AI/ML models to market.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead diverse teams.
