About You

Are you enthusiastic about designing products that facilitate data integration through various systems like APIs? Do you excel at identifying the needs of internal and external customers, translating those into efficient data delivery systems and feature-enriched products? Do you thrive in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams specializing in software development, machine learning, research, and business development in an agile environment?

Your Responsibilities

As a Product Manager based in our Zurich office, you will concentrate on data integration products like APIs and cloud integrations, taking a crucial role in our product management department, reporting to the Head of Product Management. You will:

  • Design and oversee the strategy and roadmaps for our data integration products, aligning with the company's vision, mission, and overarching strategy
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from engineering, product strategy, and business development teams to convert client requirements into valuable product enhancements and features
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our API and other data delivery systems, ensuring they fulfill current and future client and partner needs, contributing added value to RepRisk's evolving data products
  • Work with cross-functional teams to devise and develop innovative solutions that expand our data integration capabilities
  • Engage with clients, partners, and representatives to gather feedback and insights, cultivating relationships that encourage product refinement and innovation
  • Participate in an Agile product development process, defining requirements, attending scrum meetings, prioritizing the backlog, coordinating with developers, testers, and end users to steer product development output
  • Preserve internal documentation and contribute to client-facing material, including marketing assets and legal terms & conditions, and train internal teams on product features

Qualifications

You Offer

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in product management, software engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, particularly focused on customer-facing APIs and data integration products
  • Extensive experience in agile methodologies, Scrum, and cross-functional collaboration. A Product Owner certification would be favorable
  • Good technical comprehension and knowledge of API development, data-as-a-service (DaaS), or software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications
  • Database query skills(SQL), and other relevant knowledge (REST API, AWS, Java) would be a bonus
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence various levels of stakeholders. In other words: the ability to ask "why?" and simplify complexity
  • Experience in business analysis and product management, including crafting user stories, defining product necessities, and creating strategic product roadmaps
  • A strong action-oriented mindset, with a proactive and customer-focused approach, a passion for discovering customer needs and driving innovative product solutions
