About the Role
As a Product Manager at Accompany Health, you will play a key role in our growing product team. You will collaborate with talented product and engineering teams to create products that improve healthcare access and delivery for high-needs populations.
Responsibilities
Strategic
- Own and prioritize multiple products to deliver significant value.
- Manage data products to identify eligible patients, map and link data efficiently, and improve data accessibility and usability.
- Collaborate with other product managers to align data needs across products.
- Align stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to create a unified path forward.
- Communicate product trade-offs to a broader, sometimes non-technical audience.
- Act as the voice of the product in cross-functional discussions and decisions.
Tactical
- Capture and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Evaluate and implement vended software solutions, including integrating complex data flows with our core platform.
- Manage key relationships with third-party software vendors and make configuration and architecture decisions.
- Prioritize software developments across our product roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering teams to refine and implement product developments.
- Actively participate in sprint planning and execution.

Desired Skills and Experience
Required
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in data products or 3+ years in data analytics in value-based care.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with eligibility and claims data from payers.
Preferred
- Technical fluency in big data processing, cloud-based data management, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with clinical data from electronic health records and clinical informatics.
- Familiarity with healthcare delivery and value-based care.
