Data Product Manager Opportunity - Join Olo!

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.) or Olo Headquarters, NYC

About the Role

As a Data Product Manager at Olo, you will be on a mission to solve key customer challenges and enhance guest experiences. Collaborate closely with Data Science, Data Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, and other cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize, discover, develop, and launch data solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align on the vision and strategic direction for data products, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Build and maintain an outcome-focused product roadmap, incorporating insights from customers, data analysis, internal stakeholders, and market research.
• Create and execute feature launch plans to support adoption goals and other KPIs.
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to implement data initiatives that align with product goals and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with the Data Science team to integrate advanced analytics and machine learning models into product development, enhancing decision-making and functionality.
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to advance our data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software technology company.
• Proven ability to collaborate across an organization, working with engineering, product, customer success, sales, and executives.
• Experience creating project plans and timelines and managing them to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions using data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
