Job Description - Develop, manage, and implement a product roadmap for data engineering based on business needs, stakeholder feedback, market trends, and technical considerations. - Motivate a skilled group of data engineers, dissecting complex problems into clear requirements. - Strong collaboration with data governance, addressing legal, security, and data quality aspects. - Identify and monitor key performance indicators to optimize and evolve our data strategy. - Prioritize measurable results covering time to market, solution scalability, and return on investment. - Possess a deep understanding of the data landscape, including emerging trends and market developments for new technologies to inform our data platform strategy. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a data-focused role. - Practical experience in vital aspects of data engineering and business intelligence, focusing on data warehousing and data infrastructure operations. - Robust knowledge of data engineering technologies, including SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud data warehousing (experience with Snowflake is a bonus). - Comprehensive understanding of the entire process of delivering data products. - Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage distributed teams. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Strong communication skills across senior management, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. - Must be data-driven and have a strong analytical mindset. Compensation and rewards - We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with several benefits and advantages. - Due to legal reasons, we are required to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 70,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. However, we offer higher salaries commensurate with qualifications and experience.
