Product Manager - Infrastructure AI at Meta

This position plays a crucial role in developing our next-generation ML platform, which will power GenAI workflows, including Llama development and Recommendation workflows.

Building on the success of Meta's AI products, such as PyTorch and Llamas, this initiative is a chance to shape the future. As an AI Product Manager, you will be instrumental in creating new tools, solutions, and services for developing large-scale GenAI and generative recommendation models, bringing them swiftly to production.

We seek individuals passionate about building 0-1 products, who possess expertise in Machine Learning (ML), and can dive deep technically. If you enjoy writing ML models in PyTorch and developing LLMs for fun, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities in a large product area, driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Generate buy-in and build consensus across organizations, bringing clarity to ambiguous opportunities.
• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products, applications, and platforms.
• Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategies to enhance user satisfaction and boost engineer productivity.
• Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, maintaining team health.
• Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position, delivering products aligned with our mission and recognized as best in the industry.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources, develop roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones.
• Define and analyze metrics to inform product success, using user insights, quantitative analysis, and AB testing.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where creativity and flexible processes are paramount.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management and/or product design experience.
• 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.
• Experience navigating the full product lifecycle, including integrating customer feedback, prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical leadership skills.
• Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience writing ML models in PyTorch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $202,000/year to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The compensation details listed reflect only the base hourly rate or annual salary and do not include bonuses, equity, or sales incentives, if applicable.
