Job Description: Product Manager (ML/AI/Fraud Detection)

Join our RTP Risk Analytics product team and lead the development of state-of-the-art AI solutions to tackle fraud in real-time payments. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced AI product suites from inception through live service.
• Collaborate with Visa Research and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI methodologies.
• Drive the commercialization of products, including client pitches, demos, and pilot projects.
• Champion innovative solutions using a Design Thinking approach to address industry challenges.
• Manage and evolve the product strategy in line with Visa's global strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• Over 6 years of relevant experience in Product Management or Advanced Analytics within Financial Services.
• Expertise in Financial Crime, Payments, and AI/ML product development.
• Proven success in agile, fast-paced environments and substantial client interaction.
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities and ability to synthesize complex information effectively.

This hybrid role requires you to be present in the office for part of the week, blending remote work with onsite engagement to optimize collaboration and productivity.
