Position: Product Manager or Vice President – AI/ML/Data Science

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record to join our Product Management Group in any of our India offices (Bangalore, Gurugram, Hyderabad). This group collaborates with technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle to design, develop, and implement the firm's infrastructure, data products, and middle- and back-office applications.

Role Overview:

As a seasoned product leader, you will own the vision and execution of AI-powered capabilities in Arcesium’s data platform and other product offerings. This position provides a unique opportunity to spearhead AI and data science initiatives across Arcesium’s platform, catering to diverse customer segments, and collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the vision and commercial product strategy for AI-powered capabilities in Arcesium’s offerings, particularly our data platform.
• Collaborate with business heads and client & partner development teams to conceptualize AI and data science initiatives that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Work with engineering leads, architects, and product managers across the platform to define multi-year product roadmaps, ensuring adherence to budgets and timely execution.
• Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:

• ~9+ years of product management and product leadership experience with a strong track record of shipping products that solve complex problems.
• Hands-on experience in shipping AI/ML/data science-powered products.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams on product go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing.
• Outstanding academic background and passion for working in a high-tech software development environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in shipping B2B SaaS products is highly preferred.
• Experience in building or working on data platforms/products will be a significant advantage.
